New Iphone - twice as fast half the price.

A new iphone is coming out on the 11th july.

It will have 3G, an appstore- which lets you buy software and games, it's twice as fast, and basicly has a lot of extra stuff lol.

and the best part it's $199!

I am quite annoyed that i have already bought an Iphone for $250 and now acheaper faster one with extras has come out.

but... i am still going to buy it Wink

it's cheap!

looking into it it seems that it may not be as good as it
seems for the simple reason on the 3 year contract
with AT&T which I hate, and there doesn't appear to
be anyway around that as of yet. I like that fact of a
unlocked phone!

well i hope you have 3g around ur house.. if not then the app store and that stuff is useless!!!

The iphone has 3g, edge and gps and wifi so your likely to get a connection Wink

but i will not be buying this iphone if i have to buy a contract as well. i don't use my phone enough to have a contact plus it's with at&t which is the worst network ever I have had it before the coverage well... what coverage!

i know in the UK it's on something called 02 what is the network in other countries any with T-mobile or Virgin mobile?

Yesterday I bought the 2.0 update for the Iphone and downloaded a lot of the free apps, and today I have spent $100 of the paying apps such as super monkey ball and the crash bandicoot racing and the cro-mag etc... and I have got to say I am impressed with the graphics and game play and it's better than I thought, has any one else bought the update and know of any good apps and games?

I would get the new iPhone, but there's the obvious catch to it: the service costs a lot more. Of course I could find out how to and get verizon instead... Very Happy

I would get the new I-phone, if I had the money for it Crying or Very sad

but if I did have that money I prob wouldn't buy one as I would have half the amount of money for a new laptop.

For the connection here it would alright, i-phone is with Vodafone here and thats what my phone is with and it's good (well, considering we only have 2 networks for cellphones, well taht I know of)
