Runecats Explorer Zeox Pro- MiniWeb error?

Hello,
This week I have received around 30 bug reports for REZ:PRO all about the MiniWeb keep popping up even when it is closed, if anyone else experiences this problem please let me know.

Also please tell me what version of windows you are using, I need to find out if it is an OS based error or just random.
