Bluray VS HD

Post by Support on Tue Jun 17 2008, 06:39

What do you guys think is better HD or Bluray?

I personally think Bluray has a very clear picture for far away and close up unlike HDD which seems pixcelated when close up.

LOL.
BluRay has better picture, higher definition, and you can store more.
So HD looses quite a lot when compared to BluRay.

Tame your language Hiko!

Anyhow Bluray has much better graphics close up compared to HD, also Bluray is much better when it comes to animation films, like Disney Pixar films, Shrek etc... and it's also good at cartoon graphics.

Speaking of Shrek, did you know it was done on Linux?
Most Pixar films are made on Linux...

Yep, most films aren't done in windows LOL to unreliable with crashes.

Computer animated graphics in films are often done with OSX,

Dreamworks often use Linux with there graphical animated films.

Hilarious that they don't pic windows Razz

It is? I find it quite good that they don't.
I mean, Linux and Mac are far more powerful and stable than Windows ever will be.

I think the XBOX's price would rise fairly quickly if M$ put a bluray drive in it.
I would probably disassemble it and enhance the bluray LED and make a nifty burning laser pointer Very Happy

May I ask how big your room is.

If we had a 72" TV I think my eyes would hurt, we only have a 42" lol.
